Warranty FAQ
What does the warranty cover?
Our 5-year workmanship guarantee covers defects in installation — settling, heaving, joint failure, or drainage issues caused by improper installation. It does not cover damage from acts of God, modifications by others, or normal wear.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact us by phone or email with a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will assess the situation and schedule a repair at no cost if the issue is covered under warranty.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes. Our workmanship guarantee transfers to the new owner if you sell your home. Simply provide the new owner with your project completion documentation.
What is not covered?
Normal wear, efflorescence, color fading from UV exposure, damage from de-icing chemicals, settling caused by adjacent construction, and modifications made by other contractors are not covered.
