Do I need to be a past client to sign up?
No. We offer maintenance plans for any property, whether we built the original installation or not. We start with an assessment to identify any existing issues.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are annual and can be cancelled at any time with a prorated refund for unused service visits.
What if you find a problem during an inspection?
You receive a detailed report with photos and recommended next steps. Minor adjustments are included in your plan. Larger repairs are quoted separately with a discount for plan members.
How do I sign up?
